Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meanwood (Leeds) for a Digital Marketing & Support Assistant (Music Tech). In this role, you will support both our marketing and customer support teams.
This role is split across:
- Digital marketing (approx. 3 days per week)
- Customer support (approx. 2 days per week, primarily software-related)
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Scheduling social media content
- Building and scheduling email campaigns
- Writing PPC ad copy
- Assisting with marketing assets (graphics, basic video)
- Supporting product launches and campaign delivery
Customer Support
- Responding to customer queries (primarily software/DAW-related)
- Troubleshooting common issues
- Escalating more complex technical queries
- Maintaining and improving support documentation
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong interest in music production and music technology
- Working knowledge of at least one DAW (Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, etc.)
- Clear written communication
- Good organisation and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Previous customer support or customer facing experience
