Join a high-velocity team building the future of collaborative music creation. You will hyper-grow Mozart’s community across Discord and Reddit, scaling a performance-based creator pipeline that ships high-volume content. Reporting to the Founding Growth Lead, you’ll be the recognizable face of the brand, turning product features into engaging community hooks and viral moments.

What you will do:

• Hyper-grow Discord and Reddit communities through product-led loops, exclusive drops, and high-energy programming like musicathons and AMAs.
• Build and manage a performance-based creator and influencer affiliate engine, implementing a tiering system to maximize content output and ROI.
• Own the brand voice and customer support across all social channels, ensuring fast, human, and consistent engagement with the user base.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building and scaling online communities (Discord, Reddit, or newsletters) with authentic, daily-habit energy.
• Experienced in account management or creator partnerships, with a focus on performance-based deals, brief creation, and influencer negotiation.
• High-energy communicator who is comfortable on camera and possesses the product obsession to turn technical features into compelling community challenges.
