About the Role

Our client, a well-known music entertainment company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is hybrid in Santa Monica, CA.

*This is a W2 contract to start*

This role reports to the VP, Audience Growth & Insights and supports innovative digital marketing initiatives designed to expand fan engagement and grow global audiences.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with Audience Growth leads to develop and execute innovative global digital marketing campaigns that expand engagement and increase streaming consumption
  • Support campaign execution across platforms with a focus on audience growth and activation
  • Build strong relationships with artists and their representatives
  • Collaborate with the CRM team on newsletter strategy and artist SMS/editorial calendars
  • Track social trends and manage short-form content strategy and publishing calendars
  • Contribute to influencer and creator marketing campaigns across emerging micro-communities
  • Analyze performance metrics across social, CRM, and digital advertising campaigns and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Bring forward new ideas that push digital marketing experimentation and innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across International, Content, Commercial Marketing, Production, A&R, Publicity, and Project Management
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and campaign deliverables with strong attention to detail

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, creative agency work, or similar fields
  • Experience supporting global digital marketing campaigns in the music industry (multi-genre experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with the evolving AI landscape and emerging digital marketing tools
  • Understanding of today’s music technology ecosystem and audience platforms
  • Working knowledge of advertising, CRM strategy, fan engagement, and analytics
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for new digital trends, creator culture, and fan-first storytelling
  • Experience using collaboration and asset management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects in a high-energy environment
  • Professional discretion when working on confidential artist projects
